Coast to Coast

This series of twenty-four paintings was inspired by my cross-country road trip from Baltimore to San Francisco. I’ve always loved long road trips and watching the landscape shift and evolve. From rolling green hills, to endless farmlands, to the deep reds and oranges of the desert, I couldn’t resist snapping countless photos—often blurry and through the car window. In this series, I revisit those photos, each painting tracing the journey across the country, reimagining and remembering the colors, light, and landscapes of those places.
